Kirkland, Washington’s Food Bank’s Cupboards Are Bare

When times are tough, people tend to spend less and donate less.  There are many people who need help right now.  Many of these people use the services of Hopelink.  Hopelink’s cupboards are bare and the need for food has increased.  Hopelink officials met with the Kirkland City Council in an effort to broadcast the plight of Kirkland’s neediest citizens. 

If you check the Hopelink site, here’s how you can help.  You can contribute dollars online, donate food directly to Hopelink or hold a food drive.  There are lots of ways you can help, even with a small amount of time and money.
